IPARD III PROGRAMME 5th OFFICIAL MONITORING COMMITTEE MEETING HELD IN ANKARA

The 5th Official Monitoring Committee Meeting of the IPARD III Programme, implemented under the European Union's Pre-Accession Assistance Instrument for Rural Development (IPARD), was held in Ankara in a hybrid format (physical/online) under the chairmanship of Dr. Osman YILDIZ, General Directorate of Agricultural Reform, Head of the Managing Authority. The meeting was attended by Dr. Ahmet Antalyalı, EU Commission Türkiye Programme Manager Krzysztof SULIMA, Agriculture Sector Manager from the Delegation Leyla ALMA, National Authorising Officer and Audit Authority representatives from the Ministry of Treasury and Finance, IPARD Management Authority and ARDSI staff, relevant official institutions/organisations, and representatives of civil society organisations. Following the opening speeches, the meeting proceeded with its agenda. During the meeting, various informational presentations regarding the IPARD III Programme were made by the Management Authority and the Agricultural and Rural Development Support Institution. The third amendment request for the IPARD III Programme was approved by the members. Presentations were made on the achievements made under the 2025 Technical Support Measure, information on the implementation of IPARD III, IPARD III promotion and information activities, the Agriculture-Environment, Climate and Organic Agriculture Measure, and LEADER and CAP Network activities. Additionally, the National Authorising Officer and the Audit Authority provided information to the Monitoring Committee members. During the meeting, the European Commission presented information on the IPARD Programmes: Summary and Current Status, and the Implementation of the EU CAP Network.
