The first session of the coordination meetings held at regular intervals with the EC for 2026 was held online on February 12, 2026. The meeting was attended by Hasan Hüseyin HAN, Director of the EU Structural Adjustment Managing Authority, Krzysztof SULIMA, IPARD Türkiye Representative, ARDSI managers, representatives of the National Authorization Officer from the Ministry of Treasury and Finance, and Leyla ALMA, EU Delegation Agriculture Sector Manager. The meeting took place in a productive and constructive atmosphere, where current work was evaluated and the roadmap for the upcoming period was discussed. The main agenda items discussed are listed below: 1. IPARD II Ex post evaluation 2. Calls for applications – state of play for calls of 2025 and forecast for calls in 2026 3. LEADER 4. Entrustment of new measures (M6 & M10) 5. M4 – state of play (ongoing call, TA project on M4 calculations etc.) 6. Next IPARD III Programme modification 7. Next Monitoring Committee meeting During the meeting, it was agreed to strengthen cooperation and maintain coordination for the effective and timely implementation of the programs.
