The “Technical Assistance Project to Support for Preparation of Local Development Strategies” which was conducted by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry between September 2018 and February 2019 within the scope of the IPARD Program, was finalized on 26 February 2019 with an evaluation meeting held in Ankara.

With the Project, the Preparation of Local Development Strategies activities of 25 Local Action Groups established in 12 IPARD provinces (Amasya, Ankara, Çanakkale, Çorum, Denizli, Erzurum, Diyarbakır, Kastamonu, Manisa, Ordu, Samsun ve Şanlıurfa) within the scope of LEADER approach was supported

The representatives of LAG associations, experts who worked on LDS preparations, the representatives of 12 ARDSI Coordination Units and the representatives of district directorates and MA staff participated in evaluation meeting.

Evaluation meeting opening speech was made by Dr. Muhammed ADAK Head of Managing Authority, Deputy General Director.

During the meeting, presentations were made on Local Development Strategies prepared by LAGs.
