The IPARD Managing Authority organised information and consultation meetings on the pilot activities planned to be implemented in Aksaray under the “Agri-Environment Measure”.
During the meetings held on 30 September–1 October 2026, the preparation process was discussed with farmers and relevant stakeholders. The programme started in Güzelyurt and Gülağaç districts on 30 September and was completed in Aksaray city centre on 1 October.
Participants were informed about the planned Organic Strawberry Production activities across Aksaray Province and the additional Conservation Agriculture practices envisaged for Gülağaç and Güzelyurt districts.
The scope of the pilot activities, their applicability under local conditions and farmers’ participation in the process were discussed in light of the agricultural characteristics of the region and producers’ needs. Participants’ views and suggestions were also collected.
In addition to farmers and other relevant stakeholders, representatives of the Aksaray Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry, Gülağaç and Güzelyurt District Directorates
