During the training programme held in Ankara between 15 and 19 June 2026, comprehensive training was provided to staff of the IPARD Managing Authority and the ARDSI Central Unit on procurement processes for Goods (Supply), Services (Service) and Works (Works) within the framework of the PRAG rules.
During the training sessions, participants were provided with up-to-date information on procurement and contracting procedures applied in European Union external aid projects, whilst examples and best practices regarding processes that may be encountered during the implementation of new measures were also discussed.
The programme aimed to enhance participants’ knowledge and awareness of the PRAG rules, with the objective of ensuring that the knowledge and experience gained contribute to the implementation of the new measures. The training sessions made a significant contribution to facilitating the exchange of ideas on the effective and sustainable implementation of Measure M6 and to strengthening institutional capacity.
