The General Directorate of Agricultural Reform (GDAR) and the IPARD Managing Authority held a meeting in Muğla to publicize and inform about the IPARD III Program in 26 November 2025.
The meeting, held in Muğla, one of the new provinces, Provincial Director of Agriculture and Forestry Seyfettin Baydar gave a presentation on Muğla's agricultural assets. Following, Dr. Ahmet Antalyalı, Head of the Agriculture and Rural Development Support Institution, and Dr. İdris Akbiyik, Governor of Muğla, delivered opening remarks. Dr. H. İbrahim Mutlu from the IPARD Managing Authority, gave a comprehensive presentation informing participants about the sectors supported under the IPARD III Program. The presentation provided detailed information to participants on investments in the physical assets of agricultural holdings, investments in the processing and marketing of agricultural and fishery products, the advisory services measure, the Development of Local Development Strategies - LEADER Approach, public infrastructure investments in rural areas, and the diversification of farm activities and business development measures.
Producer associations, farmers, potential investors, professional chambers, public institutions, and media organizations attended the program. Following the presentation, a question and answer session followed.
