Within the scope of the IPARD III Programme, jointly funded by the European Union and the Republic of Turkey, and as part of the Technical Support Measure implemented by the Directorate General for Agricultural Reform, EU Structural Adjustment and Management Authority, a training programme for Operational Structure staff was held in the Sapanca district of Sakarya.
The programme, held over two separate weeks, commenced with opening speeches and continued with sessions on Digitalisation, Project Evaluation, Project Cycle Management, and Green Transition. The training sessions were conducted over a total of six days, divided into two groups.
Staff from the General Directorate of Agricultural Reform and the Agricultural and Rural Development Support Institution (TKDK) participated in the training. At the end of the programme, participants evaluated the training process through an online system.
