The General Directorate of Agricultural Reform (GDAR) and the IPARD Managing Authority held a meeting in Tunceli to publicize and inform about the IPARD III Program in 2nd October 2025. Tunceli, a province with a high investment potential, attracted significant interest in the IPARD III publicity and information program. Provincial Director of Agriculture and Forestry of Tunceli, Yavuz Suat Pala, gave a presentation on Tunceli's agricultural assets. Following, Dr. H. İbrahim Mutlu, an agricultural engineer from the IPARD Managing Authority, gave a comprehensive presentation informing participants about the sectors supported under the IPARD III Program. The presentation provided detailed information to participants on investments in the physical assets of agricultural holdings, investments in the processing and marketing of agricultural and fishery products, the advisory services measure, the Development of Local Development Strategies - LEADER Approach, public infrastructure investments in rural areas, and the diversification of farm activities and business development measures. ARDSI Managers, Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry officials, producer associations, farmers, potential investors, neighborhood representatives (mukhtars), professional chambers, public institutions, and media organizations attended the program. Following the presentation, a question and answer session followed. The meeting concluded with goodwill and best wishes.
