The General Directorate of Agricultural Reform organized a 5-day training on PRAG tender management rules in Antalya province under the “Technical Assistance Project for Revision and Improvement of PRAG Procedures and Conducting Trainings for Measure M6” by the IPARD Management Authority. The training was attended by personnel from the IPARD Managing Authority and the Agricultural and Rural Development Support Institution. The training covered PRAG tender procurements for 3 days of service and 2 days of supply procurement. The training was primarily conducted through simulations and focused on the most common problems encountered in the procurement of service and supply. The training also covered general procedures for both types of tenders, tender file preparation, evaluation processes, contract management, and payment procedures by using examples.
