Within the framework of the IPARD III Programme the Managing Authority organized a training session on the “Agri-Environment, Climate and Organic Farming Measure” on 27-28 August 2025 in Beypazarı and Polatlı for farmers and advisors. In the meeting held in Beypazarı, detailed information was provided on the sub-measure “Soil Cover Management and Soil Erosion Control,” while in Polatlı the sub-measure “Biodiversity – Conservation and Development of the Great Bustard (Otis tarda) Population” was presented. In both districts, the application conditions, implementation principles, and procedures for benefiting from these sub-measures were explained to participants through presentations delivered by the Managing Authority and TKDK staff. Participants were informed about the contributions of the Agri-Environment Measures to regional agriculture, the protection of natural resources, and rural development. The trainings were carried out with the participation of staff from the IPARD Managing Authority, ARDSI personnel, the district directors and staff of the Beypazarı and Polatlı District Directorates of Agriculture and Forestry, the Presidents and staff of the District Chambers of Agriculture, village headmen, and local farmers.
