An evaluation and guidance meeting was held in Ankara on 2 July 2025 within the scope of the “Technical Assistance Project for Ex-Post Evaluation of IPARD II Programme” financed by the European Union and implemented by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry. The meeting was attended by representatives from the General Directorate of Agricultural Reform, Department of Managing Authorityfor Europian Union Structural Adjustment, the Agricultural and Rural Development Support Institution, members of the Evaluation and Guidance Committee (DYK), and officials from the contractor firm implementing the project. The meeting discussed the methods and approaches related to the Ex-Post evaluation process of the IPARD II Programme. In particular, analysis methods related to the programme's implementation and monitoring processes, field studies, data collection strategies, and the timeline for the final reporting process were evaluated in detail. The meeting stood out as an important step towards measuring the gains achieved under the IPARD II Programme, analysing the effects of current applications, and contributing to the development of policy recommendations for the IPARD III period.
