The kick-off meeting for the Ex-post Evaluation Project of the IPARD II Programme was held on 30 May 2025 in the Meeting Hall of the General Directorate of Agricultural Reform. The meeting was chaired by Hasan Hüseyin HAN, Head of Department of Management Authority for the European Union Structural Adjustment and attended by the Management Authority staff and representatives of the contractor company. The primary objective of the project is to analyse the effectiveness, efficiency, and sustainability of the support measures implemented during the IPARD II period and to convert these analyses into policy recommendations for decision-makers. During the meeting, objectives of the Project and implementation schedule related to the ex-post evaluation of the support measures implemented under the IPARD II Programme were also discussed in details by the participants. Additionally, the cooperation mechanisms to be established during the project implementation process were evaluated.
