The 5th Official Monitoring Committee Meeting of IPARD II Programme held within the context of the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance-Rural Development (IPARD) of the European Union was held in Ankara on 30 November 2017.
The representatives of the institutions and organizations along with the EU Commission attended the meeting which was chaired by Vice Chairman Mr. Hasan ÖZLÜ, Deputy Undersecretary of the MoFAL. Mr. Liam BRESLIN and Mrs. Iwona LISZTWAN from EU Commission, Mrs. Laura ZAPETTI and Leyla ALMA from EU Delegation to Turkey, the Head of Managing Authority Mr. Muhammed ADAK, the President of ARDSI Mr. Ahmet ANTALYALI, representatives from Managing Authority and ARDSI, National Authorizing Officer, representatives of Audit Authority and the members of Monitoring Committee participated the meeting. A preparatory meeting was also held with representatives EU on 29 November 2017.
During the meeting, presentations concerning applications and implementations under IPARD II, results of Call for Applications, publicity and information activities, LEADER and Rural Network proceedings, Technical Assistance activities and Action Plan, Monitoring and Evaluation Report and NAO and Audit Authority activities were delivered. Publicity and Technical Assistance Action Plans were approved. The meeting was closed with greetings and good wishes.
