Before the IPARD III Programme publicity meeting was held in Kastamonu on September 21, 2023 as part of the "Technical Assistance Project for IPARD III Programme Promotion and Information Activities", the Managing Authority staff visited Kastamonu ARDSI Provincial Coordination Unit as well as Kastamonu Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry to provide information on the IPARD III Programme, and opinions were exchanged on the agricultural and rural development activities. Representatives of the relevant institutions were invited to the publicity meeting.
IPARD MANAGING AUTHORITY VISITED THE MACHINERY PARK SUPPORTED UNDER THE IPARD PROGRAM IN KASTAMONU
The Machinery park supported under the IPARD Programmes in Kastamonu managed by Necmi ALADAĞ and owned by S.S Görpe Village and District Centre Agricultural Development Cooperative and Kastamonu İhsangazi-Araç Districts' Milk Producers Association was visited by the Managing Authority staff and the supported machinery were seen. ALADAĞ, who received support in the amount of approximately EUR 220 thousand for 4 projects under IPARD I and IPARD II Programmes, expressed he was extremely pleased that his paths crossed with the IPARD Programme. He added that as a result of the supports, the Members of the Association have become more active in agriculture, they have increased the number of employed people and experienced the pleasure of producing. He stated that they look forward for the initiation of the IPARD III Programme.
