Within the scope of Technical Assistance Project for Increasing Payment Capacity of ARDSI, GDAR IPARD Managing Authority and IPARD Paying Agency representatives visited the Spanish Managing Authority and the Payment Agency, during the meetings for 3 days views on the procedures and control systems for increasing the payment capacity were exchanged.
