Ali Yükseltürk, who has been working in the poultry meat processing and cutting plant sector since 2014, modernized his 120 m2 facility in Denizli by meeting the construction and machinery equipment needs thanks to the IPARD Programme supports, and got his new business of 1700 m2.
Via IPARD support, he has increased his income by purchasing new equipment such as packaging unit, drum and dressing machines, adding value-added products such as cooked chicken doner kebab and chicken baton doner to his product range. Moreover, within the scope of the Programme supports, he brought in 3 refrigerated cooler vehicles in 2020.
While 3-4 people used to work in his business, he currently provides employment opportunities for approximately 12 people. As the activities increase in the sector during the summer months, the number of employees in the enterprise increases. Waiting for the IPARD III Programme call period, the investor stated that he wants to apply within the scope of Solar Energy System to meet the energy needs of his business.
