The kick-off meeting of the “Technical Assistance Project for IPARD Information and Promotion Activities” was held by the IPARD Managing Authority on 28 December 2022.
At the meeting chaired by Deputy Director General of Agricultural Reform, Head of Managing Authority Dr Osman YILDIZ, the details of the meetings to be held in 26 IPARD provinces and the promotional videos to be prepared for the effective promotion of the IPARD III Programme were discussed.
After discussing the responsibilities to be assumed by the parties and the details of the contract signed with the contractor company, ideas were exchanged on the subject.
After informing the participants within the scope of the project, Dr Osman YILDIZ noted that the IPARD III Information and Promotion Meetings to be held by the IPARD Managing Authority aimed to inform the investors and potential beneficiaries about the Programme; thus, it is aimed to increase the number of applications for measures within the scope of the IPARD Programme and to use the funds more effectively.
In addition, it was agreed that the promotion of the IPARD III Programme would reach a wide audience by informing the representatives of Collective Structures (Association of Chambers of Agriculture of Türkiye, Agricultural Development Cooperatives, Agricultural Producer Unions etc.), Local Action Groups, Development Agencies, Municipalities, Universities, Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Local Media Organizations who will participate in the said meetings.
