On 07 November 2022 an online training was held by the IPARD Managing Authority for 51 Local Action Group Association board members and heads of the associations, which were established within the scope of the IPARD Program LEADER Measure and were entitled to be supported in the 12th Application Call period.
New LAGs entitled to be supported in Balıkesir, Burdur, Bursa, Çankırı, Denizli, Diyarbakır, Elazığ, Erzincan, Giresun, Hatay, Isparta, Kastamonu, Karaman, Kütahya, Muş, Şanlıurfa, Uşak and Yozgat provinces, UKA-LEADER representatives of the Provincial Directorates of Agriculture and Forestry, representatives of ARDSI Provincial Coordinatorships participated in the training, which was jointly held by the Managing Authority LEADER Team and ARDSI.
51 Local Action Group (LAG) representatives were trained about “Preparing an Annual Implementation Plan, Recruitment and Procurement”.
The training started with the opening speech of Mr. Özge TEKIN, deputy Chairman of the EU Structural Adjustment Managing Authority of the General Directorate of Agricultural Reform. A roadmap was presented to the new LAGs by the Managing Authority about the work and operations they will perform after signing the contract. Detailed information about the process was also provided by the Agriculture and Rural Development Support Agency (ARDSI).
