My name is Mustafa Kılıç. I started this profession as a dishwasher then became a cook and servant until I managed to hold my own restaurant in the name of Cinağa with the help of IPARD grant supports. My restaurant is located in the Keşap district of Giresun. My nickname Cinağa comes from an accident happened in my childhood. I was sleeping over the grasses of Cinahmet meadow and a sheep herd crossed over me but I survived miraculously. I was informed about IPARD Programme during a publicity meeting organized by Giresun Provincial Coordination Unit and I decided to establish my enterprise by utilizing IPARD grant support. After the establishment of my enterprise, positive changes happened in my business and social life. The number of my customers increased, I even hosted high level bureaucrats like Governors, Ministers and Prime Minister. The secret laying behind my success is the way I prepare the traditional foods. I two times ranked the first among other restaurants according to a survey made in the internet. I have a land on the seaside and in the future I am planning to build a rural tourism facility via IPARD support.
