This announcement is intended for potential applicants in order to carry out the necessary preparatory work within the scope of the LEADER Approach measure and is a preliminary announcement. The Implementation of Local Development Strategies within the scope of the IPARD Program - The LEADER Approach measure is implemented in the provinces that are gradually selected from among the IPARD provinces. In this context, it is planned to make an application call announcement for the LEADER measure in Balıkesir, Burdur, Bursa, Cankiri, Elazig, Erzincan, Giresun, Hatay, Isparta, Karaman, Kutahya, Mardin, Mus, Usak, Yozgat, Amasya, Ankara, Canakkale, Corum, Denizli, Diyarbakır, Erzurum, Kastamonu, Manisa, Ordu, Samsun and Sanliurfa provinces for the implementation of the measure by ARDSI. Applications of the Local Action Group established before the date of the announcement of the application call will be accepted in the provinces determined above.
As is known, payments to be made from the IPARD-II Program budget will expire as of 2023. Therefore, the Local Development Strategy period to be prepared should be planned to cover a maximum of twelve (12) months. In addition, it is important to prepare strategies for the implementation period and budget planning taking into account this period.
Within the scope of the LEADER Measure, expenditures related to the activities and projects that local action groups will carry out in order to implement their strategies will be supported. This preliminary announcement is intended for potential applicants who want to apply for the “Implementation of Local Development Strategies – LEADER Approach” measure, which is scheduled to be called for after January 20, 2022, to make the necessary preparations, and the official call announcement will be published on the website of our Institution.
